CORRECTIVE MEASURES IMPLEMENTATION (CMI) COMPLETION REPORT AND FIVE-YEAR ASSESSMENT REPORT

BIENNIAL REPORT INCLUDING APPENDIX F - REVISED OPERATION & MAINTENANCE REPORT

Gould submitted the first Biennial Report to USEPA and PADEP on February 15, 2013.  (Click here to review the February 15, 2013 Biennial Report.)  A revised Operation & Maintenance Plan was submitted as Appendix F of the Biennial Report.
